Sunil Jain has been associated with the founder of Prashant Chandra and Company ever since he started practicing law. He is the company head at Delhi and has been handling all matters of the company at Delhi and various Tribunals and High Courts. He has a vast experience in all branches of law, particularly commercial and arbitration matters.He has regular appearances in Supreme Court of India and various High Courts of the country as well as NCLT, DRT and ITAT besides other Tribunals and quasi-judicial authorities in addition to regularly appearing in arbitration matters before various Arbitral Tribunals.
