Raghav Chandra is a dual-qualified legal professional with a rigorous academic foundation and substantial hands-on experience in high-value litigation and cross-border dispute resolution. Raghav holds an LL.B. from Cardiff University and has completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) along with an LL.M. in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Law, Birmingham. Raghav’s training spans both common law and international legal frameworks, equipping Raghav to navigate complex, multijurisdictional legal landscapes with fluency and precision.
Currently based in India, Raghav works closely with Mr. Prashant Chandra, Senior Advocate, providing strategic support on high-stakes constitutional, commercial, and arbitration matters before the Commercial Court, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India. Raghav’s responsibilities include advanced legal drafting, procedural advisory, and involvement in matters with significant financial and policy implications. Raghav has demonstrated particular proficiency in managing litigation involving infrastructure contracts, joint development agreements, and public-private disputes with transnational elements.

In parallel, Raghav serves as a Director of BridgeLaw Global (Dubai), a cross-border legal consultancy headquartered in the UAE. In this capacity, Raghav contributes to shaping the firm’s international strategy and client portfolio, delivering legal and commercial solutions for businesses and individuals operating across India, the Middle East, and the UK. Raghav’s role bridges multi-jurisdictional legal practices with a strong focus on cross-border dispute resolution and international advisory.
