Nishchay Anand

Nishchay completed his LL.B. from Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat, Haryana, and is presently practising before the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, as well as before all subordinate courts including the Commercial Court, Debt Recovery Tribunal, and Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, among others.

He joined the Chambers of Mr. Prashant Chandra, Senior Advocate, where he has assisted in a diverse range of matters, including government service disputes, income tax issues, land revenue matters, family and matrimonial disputes, consolidation matters, and second appeals relating to property disputes.

In addition to court appearances, Nischay has been actively engaged in client conferences, preparation and handling of briefs, and also provides consultancy and legal opinions across varied areas of law.
