Protecting Your Wealth, Securing Your Legacy

Trust is an effactive way to handle complex legal situations which might arise causing legal hardships and depravation of properties both movable and immovable.  Establishing a trust can be a powerful tool for asset protection, succession planning, and wealth management. At Bridge Law Global, we offer specialized legal services in Trust Law tailored to meet the needs of individuals, families, and businesses in the UAE and abroad.

What Is a Trust?

A trust is a legal arrangement in which a settlor transfers assets to a trustee, who holds and manages those assets for the benefit of a beneficiary. Trusts can be used for a variety of purposes, including estate planning, asset protection, business continuity, charitable giving, and tax planning.

While the concept of a trust has traditionally been associated with common law jurisdictions, recent developments in the UAE—particularly the introduction of DIFC and ADGM Trust Laws—have enabled both residents and non-residents to legally establish and administer trusts within internationally recognized legal frameworks.
